Saltville Police Department is committed to protecting and serving the citizens and visitors of our community and this web site is designed with that purpose in mind.
Saltville is the second largest town in the Commonwealth of Virginia and hosts many events and festivals through out the year including the Lion’s Club Carnival, Labor Day Celebration, Civil War Re-enactment, and Salt Fest just to name a few.
Our Department does Special Patrols, Business Checks and Street Light Surveys on a regular basis. We enforce wearing seat belts and driving safe speeds. We support our DARE Program and enjoy attending DARE Graduation Day. The children are our future and it is a priority to provide a safe environment for them to learn and grow.
As Chief of the Saltville Police Department it is my goal along with all members of the Department to protect and serve you in the most professional manner.
